Vintage 1940s I. Miller Black Velvet Platform Peep Toe Ankle Strap Heels with Silver Nailhead Studs
Condition: Good vintage condition. Velvet has rich color with an even pile and the nailhead studs are intact. Soles show wear and the heel velvet has light scuffs consistent with age (see photos).
