Early non-foam K-Products era (c. 1980–82) with original Safeway embroidered patch on chambray cotton. Most Safeway promo hats were foam-front and deteriorated. This rare non-foam survivor is true collector grade. Safeway had many trucker runs later in the 80s–90s, but the early embroidered patch, on chambray denim-style cotton, with no foam is truly uncommon.
